Background

When presenting to prospects, sales executives from the global sales team originally presented using a corporate presentation created in PowerPoint by their marketing team. The presentation was exceptionally large – containing hundreds of images and over 120 pages in length – and the marketing team was unable to incorporate multimedia such as audio and video. Too large to email, the presentation was split into seven individual PowerPoint files by the marketing team and emailed to the sales reps. As a result, the management, distribution and tracking of these files between the global marketing & sales teams was a costly exercise.

Results
